It’s wild, weird and wonderful to think that it’s been almost 2 years since Jacob died, the catalyst for me even finding poetry, writing this book and realizing that I actually enjoyed writing from what seemed like a lifetime ago in high school journalism class. I am a completely different human than when I wrote this book…

But I am still healing, still whole, still finding my flow and happy, that love & love again in the magic of every moment. Still here & now, riding the wave, letting others know they are not alone in navigating The Mean & The Magic, the brutal beauty of being a human a part of this wonderful wild world, especially after loss…When you can especially feel alone…

I hope this piece of work helps YOU feel and heal… Some of it doesn’t make sense, but that’s what humaning is all about, not making sense and just following your intuition, feelings and flow in order to heal and FEEL YOUR BEST, inside & out.
